Felicity Reynolds took up her position of CEO of the Mercy Foundation in April. Prior to this she worked for the City of Sydney, where she managed a community and homelessness services unit . She has background in mental health and health research and has previously been the Executive Officer of the Mental Health Co-ordinating Council in NSW. Currently she is a part-time member of the NSW Mental Health Review Tribunal.
In 2007 she was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate programs that have successfully assisted vulnerable and complex chronically homeless people in the USA, Canada and the UK.
